IIRC, the original agreement was that Skaikru (Abby) was going to help restore them to their pre-reaper state. Once Lexa broke their pact, that probably never happened, so - most of them probably died.

The Reapers in The 100 were created by the Mountain Men who resided in Mount Weather. Their main purpose was to capture Grounders, who were seen as a threat by the Mountain Men. The Reapers were created specifically to counter the strength and agility of the Grounders.

There were several types of Reapers, Lincoln physical prowess marked him for cerberus project, a guard dog. I'm pretty sure all the reapers were part of the Cerberus project, because all the captives were divided between 'harvest' and 'Cerberus'. And it seemed pretty hard to break the addiction, they had to chain him down and he almost died.
